COMPETITION

Participants will be called randomly by committee in all round of the competition.
Participant need to Introduce “name” and “university / senior high school” in front of judges before start performing in all round of the competition.
Notice the signs! Committee will give sign signals:
- GREEN flag : The remaining time of three (3) minute.
- YELLOW flag : The remaining time of two (2) minute.
- RED flag : The remaining time of one (1) minute.
There will be a news jingle before present the news for the round 1 and round 3. (news jingle provided by committee).
After participants have finished the round , participants must go back to waiting room .
Participants need to deliver the news in front of the camera for any rounds of competition.

ALL PARTICIPANT MUST FOLLOW AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES BEFORE COMPETITION.

All participants must attend the technical meeting.
Participants are highly suggested to come at least 30 minutes before the opening ceremony and D-day competition.
Participants must re-register at the place that has been provided before the technical meeting and competition starts.
Participants must enter the waiting room at least 20 minutes before competition starts.
The participants will be disqualified if he/she does not appear after being called 3 (three) times when his/her turns when the day of competition.
The moderator will open the competition to remind the important points rules, introduce the judges in the beginning of the competition and to introduce every participants.
Participants are not allowed to leave the room when competition is started. Participant who needs to leave the room for important reason should be accompanied by one of the committee members.
Coach and audiences may not enter the room .
All pager, mobile phone, or any device that may and will produce disturbing sounds must be turned off when the competition begin.
Not allowed to take anything into a quarantine room . pen, blank paper, and script are provided by committee in quarantine room.
No dictionary and mobile phone are allowed in the quarantine room.
During the round, the participant would enter the quarantine room. Once the first participant has finished , the next participant will be allowed to enter the quarantine room .

NEWS REPORT

Participants need to take a draw to determine their partner.
The script will be international news.
Two participants per team .
2 scripts per team .
Duration : 3-4 minutes to present the news / Team .
Preparation time 15 minutes in quarantine room .
The scoring will be individual and includes the collaboration of each participant .
Committee will provide The script, pen, and blank paper in quarantine room .
Participants must recompose, make their own script and fill it in a blank paper.
Participants are not allowed to write/take notes in the script that is given.
Participants are allowed to use their notes during the performance.
Dress Code: Formal.

TALK SHOW

Participants will hold a talkshow with a guest star.
The complete profile of guess star will be given after the end of the 3rd round.
Participants make their own questions to ask the interviewee and determine the subject of the live interview by themselves .
preparation time 15 minutes in quarantine room.
10 minutes to perform.
Participants are allowed to bring notes .
Dress Code: semi-formal.
