Participants are required to entertain and bring laughter to audience with a humorous speech. Participants may pick their very own subject.

Specific rules:

• The speech must be structured containing opening, body, and close. Not a monologue (series of one-liners).

• Participants will have exactly fifteen minutes to prepare the speech in the quarantine room.

• No slide, video, or overhead project is allowed.

• The participants should not bring and read the text, or any small outline paper (mini notes) is NOT allowed while performing.

• The performing time shall be five to seven minutes in length.

• Participant who speaks less than 5 minutes or more than 7 minutes will get deduction points.

• There will be a sign showed to the performing participant

  • GREEN card: a green card will be displayed after five minutes.

  • YELLOW card: 30 seconds before the maximum time runs out.

  • RED card: time is over and contestants have to stop.
